What are Madeleine’s Bridal Boutique’s store hours?
We are closed on Mondays. We have appointments available on Tuesdays – Saturdays, Sundays and evenings can be accommodated upon request and are subject to staff availability only.

What areas do you serve?
Although we’re located in Clovis, CA we welcome brides from all over the greater Fresno area and beyond. Madeleine’s Bridal is a destination boutique due to our unique selection and impeccable service.
Is parking available at the store?
Yes, parking is available at Madeleine’s Bridal Boutique in Clovis. We have a parking lot behind our store, but if you can’t find a space we recommend parking in the Water Tower parking lot on 5th street, just east of the store.
Can I return or exchange a dress?
Please note that all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Common Bridal Questions
How far in advance should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
We recommend that you purchase your bridal gown 8-12 months prior to your wedding date. Once your dress is ordered, it can take approximately 4-7 months for production and delivery.
If we have a bride-to-be with less time than this, we will work with them to find options with rush orders or samples in store to meet your escalated deadline.
Do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses?
We prefer appointments so that we may give our clients undivided attention. On occasion we can accept a walk-in, but we highly encourage you to make an appointment to ensure the best experience. How long is my bridal appointment?
Madeleine’s wants our future brides to have the quality time they deserve to find the perfect gown for their special day, which is why we allow brides 90 minutes for their appointments.
I’ve scheduled my bridal appointment. What should I bring to try on wedding dresses?
Congratulations on taking the first step to finding your unique gown!
Bridal gown appointments should be a memorable experience for you when finding the perfect gown for your wedding day. It’s helpful to bring photos of gown styles that interest you. Our future brides are encouraged to have fun with their appointment by having an open mind while trying on a variety of gowns.
We also encourage you to bring a pair of shoes or heels that are close to the height you wish to wear on your wedding day. As well as family and friends who will love on you while you try on beautiful wedding dresses.
How many guests can I bring to my bridal appointment?
Madeleine’s Bridal allows our brides to bring up to 5 guests with them to their appointment. If you wish to bring more then we suggest an evening appointment or the last appointment of the day to accommodate more guests.
What is the process to purchase my wedding dress at Madeleine’s Bridal?
Once you say “YES” to becoming A Madeleine’s Bride, your bridal consultant will take your measurements. A deposit of 60% is required to place the order for your gown.
When your bridal gown arrives at our boutique, the remaining balance due must be paid within 5 business days of the gown’s arrival. Your wedding dress must be paid in full prior to it being released and/or starting alterations.
Are children allowed during appointments?
We highly recommend that you don’t bring children to your appointment to try on wedding dresses. This appointment is all about you, and we’ve found that children might distract you from your bridal experience. We also understand that sometimes, there is no option but to bring children. Is there a fee to schedule an appointment?
Appointments require a credit card on file to schedule. The card will be charged a $75 fee if you don’t show-up for your appointment or if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Do you have a cancellation policy for appointments?
Canceled or rescheduled appointments are accommodated as long as you provide Madeleine’s with more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $75.
What price range do your wedding dresses fall into?
At Madeleine’s Bridal Boutique we are pleased to offer wedding dresses in the $1,500 – $4,000 price range.
Are the wedding dresses listed on your website the only ones you carry?
Madeleine’s Bridal is constantly adding new bridal gowns and collections to our boutique. Our website will continue to feature some examples of the gowns we carry, but what we actually carry in the store is so much more! We have fantastic relationships with the designers we feature so if there is a specific gown you are interested in by one of our designers, please don’t hesitate to ask us!
What size wedding dresses do you carry for your samples?
Madeleine’s Bridal Boutique caters to all future bride body styles with inclusive sample dress sizes, ranging from sizes 2-28, and we can order up to a size 32.
Do you carry designer wedding dresses?
We do! You’ll find gorgeous wedding dresses from esteemed designers like Eddy K Bridal, Elizabeth Lee Bridal, JH Bridal, Kenneth Winston Bridal, Barbie Anne Bridal, and la Femme Bridal.
Do you offer alterations?
We connect our brides with highly skilled tailors and seamstresses, ensuring expert alterations for their Madeleine’s bridal gowns. Pricing for alterations is additional to your original dress purchase price and varies depending on what needs to be altered.
What should I do with my bridal gown after the wedding?
Madeleine’s offers cleaning and preservation of your gown after the wedding. Simply bring it back to the boutique, and we will send it off to the gown preservation service company. They will send the dress directly back to you once the dress has been cleaned and boxed, ensuring it remains a cherished keepsake.
The service fee is $375.00 for Madeleine’s brides.
What types of bridal accessories do you carry?
We have a lovely assortment of veils, shoes, garters, beautiful bridal jewelry, and hair pieces such as combs, circlets, and tiaras.
What types of evening wear do you offer?
We offer a wide range of evening wear suitable for any formal occasion, including mother of the bride or groom dresses, and attire for bridesmaids or flower girls. Our collection features designer gowns that blend elegance with contemporary fashion.
Do I need an appointment to browse your evening wear collection?
Yes, we recommend booking an appointment. This ensures you receive personalized attention from our stylists who can guide you through our exclusive evening wear selections.
Are there options for rush orders if my event is soon?
Yes, our designers offer rush options for an additional fee. Please let us know your timeframe during your appointment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you have tuxedos or suits for rent?
Madeleine’s Bridal Boutique has a “Madeleine’s Mens” department that can help your bridal party with tuxedo/suit rentals or a customized suit to purchase!
